Can you arrange storage?
Yes. We offer secure storage facilities, including document storage, for short or long-term requirements. Our storage facility is alarmed and has 24-hour CCTV monitoring.
We pack your items into our 250 cubic foot wooden storage crates that are kept in our secure storage facility. The units each have individual doors and we keep a thorough inventory of what each crate contains so you know that what you’re keeping with us is sealed away safely.
Are you fully insured?
We’re fully insured, including while your goods are in transit and in storage.
Can you pack large or unusual items?
Yes. We’ll pack and protect all your items, even pianos, safes and large pieces of art.
What about breakable or valuable items?
We supply specialist wrapping and storage materials to keep your items safe. We’ll even wrap them for you if you prefer.
Can you guarantee the date and time of delivery?
Yes. We work with you to ensure that you always know what’s happening. If something changes that affects the timings (i.e. a road closure etc) we’ll keep you up to date.
What if we need to move over a weekend?
No problem. We’re happy to help whenever you need to move.
What if parking is an issue?
We’ll find a solution that works for you. We could move you at night when the parking restrictions aren’t operating or we can speak to the local council and make an arrangement.
